If you want to go for a ride at the weekend, you can, for example, visit Průhonice Park, stop by a few of its fishponds or visit Průhonice Chateau, which is only 6 km from the Vestec in the Gardens project, making it an ideal distance for a weekend cycling trip. Picturesque Vestec pond is right behind the building and will certainly become a regular target for evening walks. Another interesting trip to the countryside is the Střed Čech natural park, which is 10 km away and offers an uncountable number of beautiful views.
The location of Vestec offers complete civic amenities necessary for its residents’ ordinary needs. There are two kindergartens a few minutes away from the houses, the closest school is six minutes’ travel by car. There is also a general practitioner for adults and a general practitioner for children and adolescents six minutes’ away by car. There are plenty of shopping options almost right in front of the houses, such as Albert and Billa hypermarkets, a DM drugstore, an OKAY electrical appliances store and many more.
Vestec is located on the edge of Prague and offers very good links to the D1 motorway and the Prague ring road. Thanks to this you can reach Wenceslas Square by car in 19 minutes. There is a bus stop that is four minutes’ walk from the project. You can find lines 332, 335 and 339 here and they will take you to Budějovická station on metro line C in 15 minutes. On weekdays buses leave approximately every 15 minutes.
