We will conclude a reservation contract
At this moment you are obligated to pay CZK 230,000, including VAT, within five days of signature. The amount will be deducted from the next payment.

We will help you with a mortgage
If you contact us, we will help you with a mortgage.

Future Purchase Contract
By the time the Reservation Contract expires, we will conclude an Agreement on Future Purchase Contract. Please pay 15% of the value of the property minus the reservation fee.

Plan Your New House
As soon as the funds are credited to our account, you can select the standards and alter the layout.

Occupation Approval
As soon as occupation approval comes into legal force, we will call on you to pay the remainder of the purchase price and sign a contract in the contractually set periods and order.

Move In
We will hand the keys over and arrange entry in the land registry.

Mortgage calculator

You only have to have 10% of your own funds for the new house.

We will arrange the remaining 90% at an interest rate of 5,74% and a fixed-rate period of 10 years.
